I am committed to co-creating retreats of the highest quality, and am looking to work with healers, teachers, artists,
and environmental and social educators, who are committed to the earth and humanity.
Retreat Planning Services include:
—Pre Retreat Planning Meetings with Client
—Market Research for the Retreat or Event
—Establishing Business and Marketing plans for the Event
—Marketing and Promotions Package
(we have 5 packages to choose from, depending on clients needs and budget)
—Establish Retreat Location, and set up dates and reserve space etc.
—Coordinate Event registration, and handle appointments for Healing Sessions
—Assist during Retreat with details as they arise
Retreats can be planned on Maui, or any of the other Hawaiian Islands, as well as on the US mainland, or anywhere else in the world we are inspired to go!
Additional Planning Services include:
— coordinate eco tours and nature excursions
(examples, dolphin swims, whale site seeing boat trips, hikes and snorkling)
— plan Hawaiian Cultural Tours and exchanges
(examples, Hawaiian Sweat Lodge Ceremony, Sacred Sites Tour, Hula Class or Show)
—provide knowledgeable tour guides for both nature excursions and cultural activities
—provide referrals and appointments with local healers
—invite and coordinate guest musicians or educators from the Maui Community
—help retreat participants find accommodations (if retreat center has limited overnight accommodations)
—offer assistance and package deals for coordinating air fare, rental cars, and accommodations
—coordinate meal preparation, arrange for cooks and helpers during retreat
